Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions, no forms, and you don't have to send anything back.

Sisu Circle membership

• Your first payment: if the Circle isn't for you, email us within 30 days of joining and we'll refund it in full and cancel your membership.
• After that: cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund partial months.
• Annual plans: full refund within 30 days of the first charge or of any renewal charge.

How to ask

Email hello@sisuseason.com from the address you used to buy, with "Refund" in the subject. We reply within one business day and refund to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

Kindle book bought on Amazon

Amazon handles those purchases, so refunds follow Amazon's Kindle return policy. Request it from your Amazon account.

If you're in the UK or EU

Because our products are delivered immediately at your request, the usual 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends once you access them. Our 30-day guarantee still applies, so you're covered for longer.

Fair use

The guarantee is meant for real buyers. If someone repeatedly buys and refunds, we may decline future orders.
